Chili Piper is a great place to be an SDR, people are helpful on the team, leadership is still learning and sometimes fall flat in the actions to motivate and help the team. Unfortunately the product is not evolving fast enough to keep on top of competitors so it’s getting challenging every day.

Great sales culture. The company is struggling product-wise. It was a category creator but now other competitors have caught up and so sales is having a hard time beating competition. A lot of senior reps have left the company. It's a great place to get started if you can get an SDR or AE role here.
