I worked here in 2022, 4 months after I was hired roughly 1/3rd of the company was laid off. Right after we had gone on a company trip to Morocco. SDRs are not expected to make many calls, very email heavy, not much focus on cold calling. If you are looking for your first SDR role this may be a gateway step, however I recommend getting good on the phone because it's helped in my career drastically.

Great sales culture. The company is struggling product-wise. It was a category creator but now other competitors have caught up and so sales is having a hard time beating competition. A lot of senior reps have left the company. It's a great place to get started if you can get an SDR or AE role here.

Great training for new sales members but the culture became toxic over a period of time. When they promote internally it doesn't always come with an increase in pay or benefits just a new title.
