I worked here in 2022, 4 months after I was hired roughly 1/3rd of the company was laid off. Right after we had gone on a company trip to Morocco. SDRs are not expected to make many calls, very email heavy, not much focus on cold calling. Great training for new sales members but the culture became toxic over a period of time. When they promote internally it doesn't always come with an increase in pay or benefits just a new title.

The number of women at Chili Piper is less than 30%. And many women in sales leadership were laid off in Nov 2022. Definitely a party all night culture on company trips. Most high performers have left or are looking to leave. They hire great people but there's not a lot of room for growth. Good entry level job and decent training.
