Current Employee2.4Aug 23, 2024Schwab is not what it used to be. They view sales as the biggest expense, so they throw more on your plate to squeeze every dime from you. They constantly move the goal post for leveling up in pay bands. They make it impossible to be hired anywhere else. They own all relationships so your book is not portable.

Former Employee4.6Apr 30, 2024Charles Schwab was a very good company but they have decided to get rid of their sales department and more focused on customer integration from TD Ameritrade. I loved the culture and the leadership but I needed to be more incentivized for selling, whether that be inbound or outbound leads.
