Current Employee Its still a good place filled with talented and lovely people, but there is not a single team that is successful in the UK.
This has created a huge amount of uncertainty in job security and the employee turnover has been severe.
The challenge in sale is the small amount of ICP accounts for the amount of reps we have, the balance is off, meaning reps have very little opportunity to hit target. The top reps (still under 50% of quota) boost theirs sales by expanding their customer accounts. Something the business has put a stop to this year. Meaning nobody is likely to earn much this year.
