Used to be a great role where reps could control their overall commission. Since being acquired, there is zero direction and top reps are taking 30+% pay cuts.

The acquisition of ChannelAdvisor was when I saw a downturn in the company's direction, goals, and support. We lost 1/3 of our workforce but are expected to hit 2x the goals previously set.
