Used to be a great role where reps could control their overall commission. Since being acquired, there is zero direction and top reps are taking 30+% pay cuts.

My overall experience has been good. The SE leadership team is top notch and my fellow SE's are great to work with. Great flexibility with work/life balance as long as you're hitting your targets. Drawbacks are the constant change in mid-high level leadership and our mediocre health benefits package. Time off policy is also less generous than most other tech...Read More

Ever since the merger between channeladvisor and commercehub, it's been a train wreck. I would not recommend looking at joining ChannelAdvisor (Rithum) right now.
