How has the culture changed since the acquisition? A lot of turn-over I would imagine?

The culture changed shortly after the acquisition. ChannelAdvisor had a strong focus on transparency, although a public company, in their respective department key initiatives were transparent to employees. There were regularly quartely presentations by all departments  and frequent updates. This quickly was replaced by town hall meetings, which remain vague and don't give much insight into to mid-term and long term strategies. ChannelAdvisor basically is now  a brand owned and managed by CommerceHub.

I'm unsure of the culture as it stands today since I was involved with the 30% reduction in force back in Feb.  What I can say is, when I was there post acquisition and pre-layoff, the company is no longer ChannelAdvisor, it is definitely 100% CommerceHub now culturally.  My understanding from friends who still work there is that they are having a hard time still figuring out their identity post acquisition which is leading to departments still on the chopping block.

Correct, they let go about 30% of there workforce initially I'm not sure what that looks like now

No major culture changes yet but they are clearly coming. Currently still a lot of confusion on who does what, what we do as a combined company, etc.
