Chainguard has been an incredible experience as far as start-ups go. While they are going through a huge growth period, customer satisfaction and experience are top of mind and theres a huge internal emphasis on ensuring a positive culture. The leadership and teams across the board are open with communication, feedback, and celebrate wins and learnings as a community. Can't recommend it enough to anyone looking to join something special and excited to build the business!

The company is booming and offers a lot of autonomy or support (up to you) for you to exceed in your role. Its been a great place to work so far.

Chainguard is like any other startup seeing slight success. Overrun by big egos in management that have ousted members that don't fit their desired image. Some nice folks but they are letting bad actors run their sales org
