Chainguard is like any other startup seeing slight success. Overrun by big egos in management that have ousted members that don't fit their desired image. Some nice folks but they are letting bad actors run their sales org

The company is booming and offers a lot of autonomy or support (up to you) for you to exceed in your role. Its been a great place to work so far.

Joining Chainguard has been the best career decision of my life. Not only am I making my highest W2's to date I'm working with some of the best sellers and sales leadership in software. Overall I am very happy at Chainguard. Good opportunity size in the enterprise space and we fill a niche that others don’t.
