People are great, product and leadership is not. The product is overpriced, and basic updates seem to be a struggle. Recently they decided to lay off 90% of the SDR team, before walking that back and asking them to stay. Most refused. We'll miss our yearly target by 7 figures. Would not recommend.

Things are not looking good. Since generative AI arrived on the scene, the value of content is going to ZERO. That's very bad news for a content creation platform like Ceros.
