Generally a good position and if you work hard will get paid accordingly. Some roses: customizable solutions and nice people. Some thorns: strategic products are hard to price and sell. company’s’ financial outlook is challenging.

Good company but the turnover rate in sales is extremely concerning.

Very cut-throat environment where reps needed to watch fellow reps as much if not more than competitors. Daily 1:1 meetings with sales management to discuss opportunity pipeline. Very high turnover rate with little collaboration between reps.

Systems and processes are a mess. As a result, it is difficult to get anything done. This leads to unhappy customers. They are trying to make changes with new execut team, but may be too little too late.
