Overall experience is okay. They are no annual salary increases. Management is new and trying to change the culture. Quota has increased due there debt ratio. Customer Success and Sales always battle each other instead of working together.

There many years through many changes. This last one felt like it was grabbing at its last breath. Middle management where a waste. Essentially all VPs and above got recruited from Microsoft and Executive board while saying diversity was all anglos.
