My overall experience was great at CentralSquare as the compensation structure was great, with excellent kickers in place.

There were lots of changes when the second PE company came in. Tons of turnover since that time. Quite a few RIFFed employees have since returned. The product is a bit of a mess with so many acquisitions. If you decide to pursue a role here, know that change is the name of the game with this org.
