But the SDR team is very limited in career progression. They want "Career SDRs", whatever that means. No one ever gets promoted, and if you try to look into a new role you'll get sacked. Current Employee3.9Jul 25, 2024Great pay for an SDR gig but extremely difficult. There is no upward mobility for SDR’s here (yet) and it’s expected you will stay in the seat for multiple years. Meetings have to be BANT qualified and reach a certain threshold of ACV. Good job if you want to be a lifelong SDR.
