Mixed. Amazing company, everyone at the organization is very established and if you can make it, it's life changing. But the SDR team is very limited in career progression. They want "Career SDRs", whatever that means. No one ever gets promoted, and if you try to look into a new role you'll get sacked. No training, no career development. They want their SDR's in their place and to stay there.

Great pay for an SDR gig but extremely difficult. There is no upward mobility for SDR’s here (yet) and it’s expected you will stay in the seat for multiple years. Meetings have to be BANT qualified and reach a certain threshold of ACV. Good job if you want to be a lifelong SDR.

Great organization to work for! Specifically the SDR department is world-class (and worldwide). The team holds you accountable to your number, but they celebrate wins very well. Support is offered if you are struggling in order to help you hit your goals. The base + commission is easily top 10%!
