Great pay for an SDR gig but extremely difficult. There is no upward mobility for SDR’s here (yet) and it’s expected you will stay in the seat for multiple years. Meetings have to be BANT qualified and reach a certain threshold of ACV. Good job if you want to be a lifelong SDR.

Overall experience is great. One of the fast-growing companies in the network/security space. Young company but with really good structures in place. Pressure can be high sometimes as the standard for qualifying is very high

Great organization to work for! Specifically the SDR department is world-class (and worldwide). The team holds you accountable to your number, but they celebrate wins very well. Support is offered if you are struggling in order to help you hit your goals. The base + commission is easily top 10%!
