Company has gone downhill in a major way...but that's just one opinion. Do your own research. I think they try to hype it up and really "sell" the company to everyone to cover up for major weaknesses you don't see until you get in. It looks great on the surface, but it is a lot of favorites and it is definitely a "good ole boy" environment. If you speak up, you will be chastised and I do not see this changing any time soon.

I wish I left earlier. A good place to be if you like office politics. You can make a decent living if you're willing to play the game though. Did not realize how brainwashed I was until leaving! Leadership is the most disorganized I have seen in my professional career.
