Company has gone downhill in a major way...but that's just one opinion. Do your own research. I think they try to hype it up and really "sell" the company to everyone to cover up for major weaknesses you don't see until you get in. It looks great on the surface, but it is a lot of favorites and it is definitely a "good ole boy" environment. If you speak up, you will be chastised and I do not see this changing any time soon.

My overall experience was poor. I think Carolina Handling has potential to be a great company, but they are very unorganized. They preach "people first" but do not practice what they preach. It is essentially a corporate frat house

A hypocritical company. Do not speak up here or you will be let go! Working at carolina handling reminded me of a high school popularity contest. You have been warned.
