My overall experience was poor. I think Carolina Handling has potential to be a great company, but they are very unorganized. They preach "people first" but do not practice what they preach. It is essentially a corporate frat house

All that glitters is not gold. Do your own research before joining. Has potential, but the entire company is disorganized and plays favorites. It is very much a frat environment.

Awful….you don’t hear back from them and as someone who was told great things about it, it’s disappointing that their interview process is so poor….look elsewhere

I wish I left earlier. A good place to be if you like office politics. You can make a decent living if you're willing to play the game though. Did not realize how brainwashed I was until leaving! Leadership is the most disorganized I have seen in my professional career.
