Question

I am a front line BDR manager at a SaaS company. It looks like Carolina Handling has positions titled "BDR manager" but my understanding is that they are IC roles, and more like a BDR/AE mix. I could be wrong though.

My question is: Does Carolina Handling have first BDR/SDR management roles?

We have multiple sales roles including:
*Business Development Manager - typical Account Executive doing full cycle sales, territory based (wfh/customer site visits)
*Account Manager - similar to the BDM role , managing a BoB conducting full cycle sales, but is a promotion from the BDM role
*ASR - rotational program for students who have recently graduated  a 4 year or masters program. Rotate through multiple departments including inside sales, fleet, engineering, and project management. Goal = go into an outside sales, sales engineering, or project management role within our organization. 
*Sales Enablement/Inside Sales - true inside sales/sales enablement role to support our growing business needs within sales, lead generation, customer data analysis etc. 
* Sales Manager - true people leaders, oversees an outside sales team of 6-10 sales reps. Intended to help develop sales reps, work with customers, and grow territories

Good question. Our BDM (Business Development Manager) role is an early stage Account Management role that is responsible for generating new business and also maintaining relationships w/ current customers. Upon promotion, they move into an AM role or into management. (Mostly internal promotions)
