Current Carolina Handling EmployeeJun 22, 2023More QuestionsI am a front line BDR manager at a SaaS company. It looks like Carolina Handling has positions titled "BDR manager" but my understanding is that they are IC roles, and more like a BDR/AE mix. I could be wrong though.
My question is: Does Carolina Handling have first BDR/SDR management roles?What does the ramp period/process look like? Is there any sort of draw that can be made to boost the base comp during that period (45K doesnt cover the entirety of household/family expenses during this interim)
