Great company, great culture. Compensation is great. Sales cycle can be anywhere from first call to 12 months. The average length being 2-4weeks. Comp structure has been adjusted a few times over the last 2 years. Product fit is great. No cold calling because everyone knows us.

CarGurus does not set themselves apart from any other cutthroat sales environment and is below market rate for base compensation for an AE in Boston. They have only decreased incentives over time and even at 120% you'll only bring home 65% of the money you make AND then you're taxed 40% on top of that.
