Used to be an amazing place to work until it was sold to the PE firm. Product went downhill. Leadership exited. All that culture followed.

Absolutely a company who is no longer relevant in the space. Wouldn't be shocked to see them fold within 5 years. Barely any innovation. Leadership is terrible from top to bottom. I'd stay away.. .far away.

There is no product left to sell other than job ads & sourcing services, and neither of those perform well. All software has been sold off by the PE overlords, all domestic support fired so sales is now also success, and sales teams & managers are just beaten down. The company was once a great place to work. After they were sold, the culture and development went away. They no longer put an emphasis on professional development and they stopped investing in the overall product.
