Back to ReviewsFormer Employee There is no product left to sell other than job ads & sourcing services, and neither of those perform well. All software has been sold off by the PE overlords, all domestic support fired so sales is now also success, and sales teams & managers are just beaten down.
Most salespeople now are just "punching the clock," content to collect their base as only a tiny fraction of salespeople are at quota and getting commissions. The problem is, everyone still here sees our friends leave for software or media sales jobs, and get laid off 1-2x per year. So it's a catch-22: Keep working for a nobody has been company and have a limited ceiling, or take a chance externally but lose any remaining job security. Browse Other Reviews
