The company was once a great place to work. After they were sold, the culture and development went away. They no longer put an emphasis on professional development and they stopped investing in the overall product.

There is no product left to sell other than job ads & sourcing services, and neither of those perform well. All software has been sold off by the PE overlords, all domestic support fired so sales is now also success, and sales teams & managers are just beaten down.
