The company was once a great place to work. After they were sold, the culture and development went away. They no longer put an emphasis on professional development and they stopped investing in the overall product.

The people are great, but the company has been losing ground against competitors for over a decade now. Products and solutions are changed out almost quarterly to try and attract new logos, but not enough time/effort spent on fixing core issues and taking customer feedback.
