CSA seems to be a good company moving forward. But as BDR just expect to never grow and to severely underpaid. Unfortunately this is just a good starting point and nothing else. Do not expect to be promoted to AE because it simply won’t happen. They also laid off 95% of the BDR dept randomly not sure if there will ever bring it back the same way it was.

It was ok. The market is saturated and you're often selling your own products against dealers in a price driven market. Expect 3 to 4 years of pure prospecting regardless of existing equipment in field.

Training is minimal to none. They give you tons of videos to watch during your ramp up period but since it's not taught in an engaging way, nobody actually pays attention to the content.
