CallRail is toxic as hell. Managers are definitely leveraging the fear of layoffs. a company wide meeting where a person referred to people as resources and said that he believes "We could do with a few less resources." I don't work there anymore, and I wish I could tell you it was because I saw red flags and quit, but unfortunately....

My overall experience with the role was poor, although I did learn a lot. The job was not at all as described or expected, and even though I was the top performer and turned my desk from not hitting quota when I started to hitting quota consecutive months in a row I was let go in a mass layoff. Doesn't make any sense that they would do that to a top revenue...Read More
