CallRail is toxic as hell. Managers are definitely leveraging the fear of layoffs. a company wide meeting where a person referred to people as resources and said that he believes "We could do with a few less resources." I don't work there anymore, and I wish I could tell you it was because I saw red flags and quit, but unfortunately....

Great company. Can have ups and downs but it’s the best software in the category and leadership is trying their best.

It was and has been a roller coaster. With teams usually siloed, it's hard to get help on projects where everyone passes the buck. It's been a tough role to say the least.
