I actually loved the remote, pretty much all inbound work at Calendly. The product is amazing and helps sell itself. Leadership in sales was hit or miss and I believe they generally over hired in the last year, as they just had another round of layoffs. It got hard to hit quota when goals were too high and pipeline too low.

Two layoffs in under a year. Despite being a top performer and hitting my quota, I was laid off. The majority of AEs hit under half their quota. Upper management changes the commission structure and adds clawbacks with no heads-up.
