Overall the commission structure has made it easier to make six figures. Especially if you have multiple good years in a row as variable compensation is paid for multiple years. However, base still needs to be in line with market salaries.

CHR was a great company to make a great living 2 years ago, before the comp structure change. Now incentives are capped, but with higher base salary. Hybrid work structure helps with work life balance. Good benefits and PTO, and upper manger is pretty laid back about hitting quotas.
