CHR was a great company to make a great living 2 years ago, before the comp structure change. Now incentives are capped, but with higher base salary. Hybrid work structure helps with work life balance. Good benefits and PTO, and upper manger is pretty laid back about hitting quotas. Overall decent company to work for but has definitely decreased in overall satisfaction since comp change.
