What is the sales leadership culture like at CDK Global, and how does it impact the overall success of the sales team?

Well, anything you read on Repvue , or any sales-related blog, about the horrible culture is true - it's horrible. Sr. Leadership is awful and we lost most of our quality sales folks in the last year.  It's most likely that the CEO, who was the CEO a few years back and ran it into the ground, came back and is preparing to sell off pieces of it. They laid off all those with the experience to run customer service, customer success, and technical support, so you are on your own as a customer.  And the customers can't help but take it out on Sales.  Sales has no ability to HELP the customer -- they are just expected to sell stuff that's overpriced, not fully baked, and the customer simply doesn't want it.  Much better options out there. Sales Leadership is caustic for the new business teams. Tenure for sales people is about 1 year average and less than that for managment.  Account managment teams (ASE in CDK lingo) is notably better as this is the CDK core compentency.  CDK is very mature, everyone there knows the roles and territories that can be successful and competes for those internally.
