Early days it had great culture and pay. Now the company is saturated with middle management that are just there to absorb status and equity without contributing to success. Leadership has zero integrity. Pay was good and people were buying product but they consistently pull back the commission every-time sales does well. Dropped OTE by $40k last year.

Great company to work for. I've had the privilege of working for BuildOps for almost 2 years now; and I couldn't be happier to work with a group of individuals who are so focused and driven by their goals and vision; while also creating an absolute electric culture.
