Early days it had great culture and pay. Now the company is saturated with middle management that are just there to absorb status and equity without contributing to success. Leadership has zero integrity. Pay was good and people were buying product but they consistently pull back the commission every-time sales does well. Dropped OTE by $40k last year.

Great team, everyone is willing to help do whatever they can to help get deals in. Most reps are hitting quota. Product fills a massive needs as a source of truth system for contractors so a ton of value-selling.
