Former Employee4.3Sep 23, 2024Overall experience was a positive one at B&B. Good on training and Continuing Education.
Former Employee3.9Sep 10, 2024Very much a hustle culture, a lot of young reps. Offers great foundational insurance and sales training. Big upside for commissions. Highly recommend finding a great producer as a mentor as well as finding a niche category of insurance and become an expert. (ie- manufacturing, construction, social services, healthcare)

Former Employee3.1Jul 28, 2023I would rate the corporate culture and sales comp philosophy a 4.5, however most of the sales force operates in a decentralized model where B&B corporate policies and processes sometimes do not trickle down. There were some branches with exceptional operations and comp structure. Product fit and options were extraordinarily robust.
