Very much a hustle culture, a lot of young reps. Offers great foundational insurance and sales training. Big upside for commissions. Highly recommend finding a great producer as a mentor as well as finding a niche category of insurance and become an expert. (ie- manufacturing, construction, social services, healthcare)
