Great level of independence in the sales field and hard work pays off. The base salary is probably not where it should be based on margin each office needs to achieve.

Very much a hustle culture, a lot of young reps. Offers great foundational insurance and sales training. Big upside for commissions. Highly recommend finding a great producer as a mentor as well as finding a niche category of insurance and become an expert. (ie- manufacturing, construction, social services, healthcare)

I would rate the corporate culture and sales comp philosophy a 4.5, however most of the sales force operates in a decentralized model where B&B corporate policies and processes sometimes do not trickle down. There were some branches with exceptional operations and comp structure. Product fit and options were extraordinarily robust.
