Out dated tech usage made selling in the modern era difficult. Still operating in the old school style of selling, while other profit centers are able to implement any tooling they believe will support GTM efforts.

I would rate the corporate culture and sales comp philosophy a 4.5, however most of the sales force operates in a decentralized model where B&B corporate policies and processes sometimes do not trickle down. There were some branches with exceptional operations and comp structure. Product fit and options were extraordinarily robust.
