My time at Brightwheel was a decent entry point into tech sales. However, they were not the best representation of the industry. They were not congruent with their expectations regarding quotas and their decisions for the company were a bit hard to follow.

Good culture, bad pay, micromanaged, horrible upper management. I’d recommend for those Beginning your career. Tenured reps stay away.

There's been a massive culture shift this year and not for the better. I believe there's an effort to decrease employee satisfaction to increase attrition to avoid layoffs
