You have to work closed lost leads for months before getting the opportunity to work inbound. This is a call center. No room for professional development as a BDR. Shut up and dial.

A new group comes in every 2 months to replace the ones from the last batch who cant stand the micromanagement/ mistreatment/ verbal abuse/ manipulation/ sweatshop environment/ gaslighting that happens daily.
