Upon hiring the recruiters and management set an unrealistic OTE that is based on metrics from the top performing inbound bdr as well as the top performing AE. You have to work closed lost leads for months before getting the opportunity to work inbound. This is a call center. No room for professional development as a BDR. Shut up and dial.

There's potential to earn well, but much of the leadership is built on fear. There's little focus on the skill behind relationship building and managing sale processes. It's mainly smile and dial.
