Current Employee3.1May 14, 2024This is not a sales driven organization. This is an engineering company. AEs are constantly set up for failure due to constant strategy shifts, as well as ever changing comp plans and quotas that have no data to support them. Additionally, Brex lacks basic productivity sales tools which contributes to messy workflows and a huge administrative burden for ICs.

Former Employee4.1Jan 23, 2024I had a great experience with Brex. They have an upcoming product and lots of money going into R&D. The GTM though is a little rough. They started as a card provider and now are selling software. As a sales rep, I got to create my own sales motion and demo my own product. Quota and GTM kept changing was the only thing to be concerned about.

Current Employee1.9May 14, 2024Run… they don't have it figured out. Comp plans are bad, messaging / marketing is just as bad. Once Doug(CRO) left we all knew this was the end.
