Run… they don't have it figured out. Comp plans are bad, messaging / marketing is just as bad. Once Doug(CRO) left we all knew this was the end.

Management are dropping like flies. They turn and burn people here. Super cutthroat. Very smart and talented leaders but they tend to be resistant to new ideas and let them flourish.

This is not a sales driven organization. This is an engineering company. AEs are constantly set up for failure due to constant strategy shifts, as well as ever changing comp plans and quotas that have no data to support them. Additionally, Brex lacks basic productivity sales tools which contributes to messy workflows and a huge administrative burden for ICs.
