I had a great experience with Brex. They have an upcoming product and lots of money going into R&D. The GTM though is a little rough. They started as a card provider and now are selling software. As a sales rep, I got to create my own sales motion and demo my own product. Quota and GTM kept changing was the only thing to be concerned about.

Brex is a fun and exciting place to work. Like every company, there are some things that are frustrating but it is overall a great place to work!

Brex has done a complete 180 from where we were in 2023. GTM went from 10% hitting quote to 50%+ in each segment. We are picking up steam in the Enterprise and extremely competitive in MM/SMB. People are making money here again.
