I had a great experience with Brex. They have an upcoming product and lots of money going into R&D. The GTM though is a little rough. They started as a card provider and now are selling software. As a sales rep, I got to create my own sales motion and demo my own product. Quota and GTM kept changing was the only thing to be concerned about.

My overall experience so far has been great in terms of getting support to ramp up, team mates helping me with little things or big things really. The management is solid but like most companies each department and person within has their own goals and objectives they need to hit so It can sometimes be tricky to come to a conclusion of targets and KPIs to hit.

Shame on Brex. Seriously. Hundreds of thousands layoffs in the tech industry and these guys decided to over hire enterprise sales reps without any repeatable structures, revenue, metrics, etc. classic rookie move done by incredibly naive founders.
