Overall my experience at Brex has been very positive! I love working for a company with an innovative product that is always improving. As an smb/mid market sales rep, I feel there are opportunities to grow upmarket or move into management. The only drawback in my experience is the pay for internal promotions is low compared to the market rate. We have great team morale and while it's not "easy" to hit quota, it is doable and every month there are a handful of reps hitting >150%
