Overall, its a toxic environment. There is a "girls club" on the account management side of the company and unless you are one of leadership's 1 or 2 favorite people in any given segment you will be fighting an uphill battle. Post IPO, its a sales org that has shrunk in size and the impact of this is that many good reps were laid off or were forced to give up their good accounts to favored reps.

Lots of office politics and inequity. Since the new leadership came in things changed very quickly. The company was very good under the old leadership (SMB specifically) but things change and the economy tanked. Success is determined by what is in your book of business as opposed to prospecting.
