I learned a lot about working for a start-up, how to succeed in a sales role, and best practices around prospecting and discovery. The company pivoted in May 2024 and changed their GTM strategy and so far it's not paying off. The product itself still needs a ton of work before customers stay with them for a long time. Most of my time as an Account Executive was spent "saving" customers rather than selling to new ones. As soon as someone bought, we immediately had to run save motions to even get them to stay on for more than a month and go through onboarding and training. I'm sure there are worse companies to work for and worse products out there, but I would not recommend the role to anyone with the company and the product in it's current state. Browse Other Reviews
