I wanted to share my thoughts on my experience with Boomi, which, until recently, had been fantastic. Over the past few months, however, I’ve noticed significant changes within the company that have raised concerns. The frequent changes in CEO and other C-level executives, coupled with multiple rounds of layoffs, have left many of us feeling uncertain about the direction of the company. Additionally, the decision to hire within Vancouver for lower cost and pay has raised questions about the company’s commitment to its existing employees. I understand that change is inevitable in any organization, but these recent developments have affected morale and confidence in the company’s stability. I believe it’s crucial for leadership to address these concerns and provide clarity on the future direction of Boomi. I appreciate the opportunity to share my feedback and hope that it contributes to the ongoing dialogue about the company’s trajectory. I remain optimistic that Boomi can regain its positive momentum with strategic decisions and open communication.

My experience was marked with success each year due to an incredible group of leaders, sales talent and product fit. After private equity began making leadership changes at the top, the company has diluted it's talent immensely which has caused a drop off in ability to execute and decreased morale.
