Culture has taken a massive hit over the past 18 months- The sales organization is seemingly the hardest hit by this with regular layoffs, restructuring and consistent change. It is very hard to sell into net-new, enterprise-level accounts and they seem to be assigned at random. If you land a good account, you can be successful for a while

Boomi is basically preparing for IPO och acquisition, so focus is on firing as many people as possible and cutting cost. No one feels safe at the moment, unless you are the top 0.5% of the ELT with equity and power.
