A lot of changes with no real direction. I would not recommend working here. Culture and leadership have become very toxic and morale across many teams is down.

This was a great company when I joined but the leadership is so disconnected from the field they have no clue. They hired the people who were let go from our competition who don’t know how to sell. The ceo is all about self promotion and the COO put the worst sales plan in place in my 20 years of selling. Do not consider Boomi until there is a new COO and CRO.
