My overall experience at Bonterra was just fine. The team at Bonterra is full of smart, capable individuals but it's clear the goal of becoming "One Bonterra" is daunting and hasn't gone smoothly. The decisions of leadership led to unnecessary ambiguity, stress, and frustration across all levels and teams. It became difficult to solve problems, motivate our teams to succeed, and stay motivated in your role.

Strong products and brand recognition, undermined by culture of fear (3+ rounds of layoffs) and deconstruction of marketing and lead generation engines.
